ZL Project is a open source community founded by me (Check About Me for more Info) in the late 2024 and early 2025. Here, ZL Projects consists of electronic/electrical and software projects. While most of the source code are either NOT MAINTAINED or LOST TO TIME, we still keep some of them and maintain it still now, like ZLIO, SealKernel, ElecGraph and more.

SealKernel

SealKernel is an "OS-like" CLI program that I made on 13th May 2026. SealKernel can read, write and execute files, contains RPG games, contains ASCII arts, uses rand() function and importantly a "tsastream" function that students can use to see their streaming marks and what classes they go to for the next term (ONLY SPECIFIC SCHOOL). SealKernel was written in C, uses stdio (now most of them are using zlio.h), stdlib, math and more libraries to write it.

How surprising, after more than 30 updates, it still only takes 155KB of storage (excluding header files). I think it is because it is a minimal, shell OS, and it isn't a "true" OS, and still need other OS like RHEL and Ubuntu to handle it.

Even with that, this was a pretty impressive project I had made since I started programming when I was 8. Now I am 13, and I created this thing when I was 13, also. It was just a gap of 3 months when I started creating this. Now was almost the end of my school's term so it means I have time to create this.

SealKernel also contains a boot menu, which you can select the latest version (updates around 3-5 times a week) or a stable version chosen by me.

SealKernel was once splitted into SealOS, BarrierOS and SeaLionOS, but then the other two were abandoned when SealOS changed its name to SealKernel. I hate maintaining same stuff but split/branched out into divisions, so I just kept the main branch and terminate the other ones, like how I stopped updating SealKernel Lite today, while tsastream still received updates and support still now. Until now, SealKernel contains 5007 lines of code. Lastly, SealKernel is completely OPEN SOURCE under GNU 3.0 Licensing.

SealKernel's Latest Version : 22.8.2026

SealKernel's Stable Version : 18.8.2026

Even before SealOS was held, SealKernel had a prototype version called PadOS, made in May 13 2026 before SealOS/Kernel was made hours (or days) later. PadOS had limited functions, and doesn't have help function because that was when SealOS 2 only implemented help function. PadOS only had chmod, info, w, r and ASCII functions such as lemon and eggs.

Finally, SealKernel manages users with the SUDD (SealKernel User Directory Design System) program.

SealDE GitHub

SealDE is my custom made Desktop Environment. It's not that stable and some packages aren't downloaded. So try it out and give us some support!

Health Monitoring System GitHub
Click ME

This project is made using an ESP32C3 Supermini, DS20B18 temperature sensor, MAX30102 and other components such as buttons, OLED screen and more. This project is for my dad to monitor his heart rate to look for any abnormal heart rate. NOTE THAT THE CODE IS NOT UP TO DATE AND MIGHT PRESENT SOME PROBLEMS!!!

zlio GitHub
Click ME

This is the Zile-Lai-Input-Output Library that handles most of the input and output functions in SealKernel. Developed after SealKernel (10 July 2026), now at V2.1.0 (you can check the version inside sealkernel by typing version-zlio), ZLIO was made to solve tablet/mobile users. Compared to stdio lib, ZLIO lib doesn't need to type format specifier for input and the code makes the project way cleaner and better to see.

treumessage (PROTOTYPE AREA, LIVE)

This is treumessage, a program that is used to detect whether if a message is a scam or just a normal message. Now, this program is still in prototyping area, so you are welcomed to test this program and give us feedback by emailing me (email in my social page)

ArcticWM is my own custom WM simulation, and the mod key is alt so you need alt to basically do everything
